Andalusian Government Allocates 30.5 Million Euros to Regenerate and Renovate trees in Montado/Dehesa

On the occasion of the final day of Life bioDehesa project, held in Seville, Rodrigo Sánchez Haro, advisor for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, announced that the Andalucía government will allocate 30.5 million euros, through the EAFRD, to support regeneration actions and renovation of the trees in the Montado/Dehesa. Projects such as Life bioDehesa have promote the implementation of tools designed in the Dehesa´s law in Andalusia, making it a reference: it reflects the current and future challenges of the Montado, serving as the basis for the legislation being prepared in other regions.
