The last cycle of training of the project took place on December 4th and 5th. Researchers from the National Institute of Agrarian and Veterinary Research (INIAV), University of Coimbra and University of Extremadura, spoke about "Non-wood forest products", having as focal points the wild mushroom and
medronho growth, pine nuts and acorns, in the first day of the meeting. The participants also had an opportunity to get acquainted, on the ground, with the diversity of species of mushrooms, which was also attended by Rosario Velasco from the CUSSTA Plan,
Junta de Andalucía.
On December 5th, the subject was "Sustainable management of livestock", with specialists in holistic management and animal welfare to present innovative concepts applicable to Montado / Dehesa before a large number of participants.
