It was on the 11th and 12th of June that a further set of training actions was carried out in Ambrosía (Local and Natural Product Marketing Store in Plasencia - Spain), under the Life Montado-Adapt Project. In the course of the work, trainers and participants discussed about soil, pasture, livestock management and biodiversity on the Montado/Dehesa. It was two intense days of exchange of experiences in room and in the field, during the visits of two pilot areas of the project, Casablanca and Guijo farms - there, the various researchers explained in situ how to understand soil, vegetation and pasture, and what strategies can be applied to increase production in a sustainable way.
