LOCATION: Oliva de Plasencia, Cáceres, Spain TOTAL AREA: 175 ha PROJECT AREA: 110,1 ha DESCRIPTION: “Finca Villa Casablanca” is a family-owned property that belongs to “Grupo Casablanca-Capárra”, is located in the Extremadura region of Spain and is one of the pilot areas of the LIFE Montado-Adapt project. It corresponds to the traditional Montado/Dehesa of the region, being dominated by Quercus rotundifolia and pasture, hosting livestock activity, especially cattle. Cattle are raised for meat in organic production mode.
